Plan Description
This is a program for a novice/rookie who plans on doing their first Iron distance race or first one in a few years.
It can also be a good block for someone who just did an Ironman in late summer and wants a cruisy fall with the emphasis on core.
There is actually not a whole lot of swimming, biking and running as we believe in the importance of building up a strong core and stabilty in the off-season.
