04 Cycles Progression - Full Cycle
If you decided on this plan, congratulations. This is called COMMITMENT and DISCIPLINE. You are already distinguished by your long term planning. This progression contains 04 cycles of our methodology. The early stage has the triathlon volume at sprint distance, passing the olympic, followed by the 70.3 distance and all the way to the last 15 weeks cycle of the 140.6 distance.
With this plan, you will have 06 months of ELITE training directly from our coach.
At the end of our Coaches consulting, we will continue to answer all of your questions regarding your training. The weekly changes and coaches analysis of your evolution, however, will be limited.
