8 Monate Schwimmvorbereitung auf eine Langdistanz oder auf eine Mitteldistanz für Triathleten mit einem Zeitbudget von 2-3 Schwimm-Trainingseinheiten pro Woche. Gesamtaufwand durchschnittlich ca. 2,5h pro Woche.
Nicht für komplette Schwimmanfänger geeignet. Aber wer schon ein bisschen Triathlonerfahrung hat und sich zielsicher und klar strukturiert auf eine Langdistanz vorbereiten möchte, findet hier den perfekten Plan.
Keine identische Trainingseinheit 2 x (außer Testtage).
Inklusive 4 Testtage (400m Tests) und innovativen Trainingseinheiten zur individuellen Technikoptimierung.
Außer Fingerpaddles wird kein weitere Equipment für diesen Plan benötigt.
