Plan Description
Este plan de entrenamiento va enfocado para Ultra Triatlón evento multi-etapa de 3 días
Día 1 10K Natación + 140K Ciclismo
Día 2 280K Ciclismo
Día 3 84K Carrera (doble maratón)
Incluye entrenamiento de base aeróbica en las 3 disciplinas descrito por tiempo y frecuencia cardiaca + rutinas de fuerza con videos demostrativos
Entrenamiento promedio en de Lunes, Miércoles y Viernes de 3 sesiones con duración promedio de 45min a 1hr 30min cada una. Martes y Jueves Promedio 2 sesiones, 1hr carrera y 2hrs ciclismo. Los fines de semana se inicia con 2hrs de entrenamiento los días sábados con un máximo de 8hrs ciclismo y el domingo iniciamos con 2hrs con un máximo de 6hrs de carrera.
Se recomienda una revisión medica antes de iniciar con el plan de entrenamiento
Requerimientos: Experiencia en triatlón de largas distancias y/o eventos en aguas abiertas mayores a 8K, grandes fondos y varios maratones.
