Plan Description
This 2 week triathlon training camp plan is for the intermediate / advanced athlete.
I recommend having ridden at least 2000 km before starting this camp. In best case come into the camp rested (of a rest week) and healthy.
It is BIKE focused and follows a 3-1 load/rest schema.
