Du hast auf Grund verschiedener Umstände zu viel Training auf dem Weg zu Deiner Langdistanz verpasst und suchst jetzt nach einem Notfallplan? Dann ist dieser Plan genau richtig für Dich! Ganz nach dem Motto "hart aber herzlich" umfasst der Plan sechs Wochen voller wissenschaftlich begründeter Trainingsinhalte die Deinen Körper nochmal auf die Langdistanz vorbereiten sollen, damit am Renntag alles gut läuft - zumindest aus körperlicher Sicht. Das Ziel ist es mit expliziten Inhalten auch noch einmal Deine Laktatbildungsrate zu senken, wobei auch Intensitäten inkludiert sind. Beachte deshalb auch die Ernährungsangaben und trainiere Deine Wettkampfernährung, dies berücksichtigen wir in den entsprechenden Trainingseinheiten.
