Plan Description

- This is 12- week plan designed for the triathlete who trains with power and HR (Heart Rate) and can train 8-10 hours per week.

- Goals are to maintain aerobic base fitness, either during a transition period or prior to a build phase. (roughly 25-30 weeks out from your Ironman).

- Includes structured bike, run and swims that sync with common devices and platforms.

- This plan is built for those who have been relatively active in the previous months, are currently injury free and have no health concerns. It is important to speak with your doctor before starting any training plan.

The plan will focus mostly on Endurance workouts building towards tempo, with some sessions focused on Neuromuscular Power, Lactate Threshold and VO2 max to keep those systems firing. Field test are included to monitor progress.
