Overview: The Internet’s Number 1 customized Gait Analysis, Functional Movement Screen Training Plan. The Training Plan Source has created the Ultimate Training Plan for the Do it Yourself Athlete. We process this video in our state of the art software and create a customized video report for you to improve your skill and function.
