Is This Plan For You?
- Progress from 12 to 18 hrs of training per week
- Typical week: 2-3 swims, 2-3 rides, 3-4 runs, 1-2 strength and 1 day off
- Every 4th week is active recovery
- Includes fitness tests, to help you measure your progress
- Train using HR, Feel, Power or Pace
To start you should be able to swim 2600m (with rests), ride 3 hrs and run 1:20 hrs.
