Who is this plan for?

This plan was created for newbies with a goal of finishing their first Full distance Triathlon event, (2.4m/3.9km swim, 112m/180.2K bike, 26.2/42.2km run) masters athletes, and also for experienced athletes who need or prefer a lower-volume plan. Before you begin, you should be comfortably able to swim, cycle, and run for 60 minutes and complete at least 5 total hours of aerobic exercise over 7 days.

How Do I Measure My Intensity?

This plan presents run workout intensity targets by Pace, Bike by Heart Rate and swim by Pace other intensity type versions of this plan are also available. Each workout can be exported to a supported device, which will automatically guide you through the session with duration, lap, and intensity prompts.
