Plan Description

This is a 12 weeks Full Distance triathlon (140.6 miles) plan. It is covering the last 12 weeks of training before an A-race of full distance. Athletes that have a solid endurance base will benefit most from this plan.
The plan is built so that it is run heavy. It is a proven plan and clients have qualified to races in Hawaii from Arizona and from Frankfurt using this plan.
