Plan Description

This complete 24 week training plan for a Half-Iron Distance triathlon is designed for the beginner to intermediate triathlete! You'll be optimally prepared with frequent testing (see plan preview for an example) and scientifically designed workouts to allow you maximal adaptations with minimal training time.
