El siguiente es un plan de entrenamiento de 20 semanas para carreras de media distancia. Incluye aproximadamente nueve entrenamientos por semana (tres natación, tres rodadas y tres carreras) y es apropiado para niveles intermedios y avanzados. Si estas buscando clasificar para el mundial de IM70.3, esta puede ser tu mejor opción.
Puede ser utilizado en base a Frecuencia cardiaca, o preferiblemente en Potencia en los entrenamientos donde aplica la potencia. Lo he incluido en un buen numero de mis triatletas a través de los años con resultados altamente positivos.
