A 15-week bike and run plan for experienced triathletes looking to increase speed and power across the half distance.
Swim training is not included. The plan is structured around run threshold development and bike power gains, allowing you to integrate your own swim sessions alongside the prescribed workouts.

Bike power sessions progressively building watts and sustained output across the 56-mile leg
Run threshold workouts designed to raise your sustainable pace and improve your half distance run split
BRICK sessions placed throughout to sharpen your bike-to-run transition and train your legs for the demands of racing off the bike
Structure:
15 weeks of periodized training building volume and intensity with a structured taper into race week
