It is ideal for triathletes who have already built a solid base and want to preserve endurance, consistency, and technical sharpness without accumulating excessive fatigue.

• A complete 4-week structured Maintenance phase for Half Distance Intermediate athletes

• Moderate and stable training load designed to preserve fitness without overload

Requirements

To start this plan, you should be able to:

• Swim at least 1,000–1,500 meters continuously

• Ride consistently for 1.5–2.5 hours

• Run continuously for 45–60 minutes

• Train consistently 4–5 days per week

• Have prior experience with structured triathlon training

A GPS watch, heart rate monitor, and bike power meter are recommended for best results.
