Plan Description
This 6-week Swim Reset is a simple, structured plan built for triathletes who feel stuck swimming the same pace no matter how fit they are.
You’ll swim 3x/week (plus 1 optional recovery swim) with a clear weekly rhythm:
1. Aerobic + drills to reduce drag and build efficient technique
2. Speed intervals (25s, 50s, 100s) with extra rest so you can stay fast and keep form
3. Pull + paddles + 200–400m reps to build swim-specific strength endurance for race day
Each session is 45–60 minutes, easy to follow, and progresses week to week so you feel smoother, more controlled, and faster at the same effort.
Best for: triathletes who have swim experience but want better technique, efficiency, and confidence.
Includes: 6 weeks of structured workouts + repeated foundational drills (streamline, fingertip drag, catch-up, rotational and kicking drills) to lock in improvements.
