The goal is simple: arrive at the start line fit, fresh, and confident in your pacing, fueling, and execution.

How the Plan Is Structured

This plan is built specifically around the Ironman 70.3 race format:

Training progresses gradually over weeks, with volume and intensity controlled through effort zones. No sudden spikes. No rushed fitness.
