Plan Description
This reusable rookie half distance triathlon plan provides athletes with a few additional long ride opportunities which is great for athletes that view their cycling as one of the areas the might need to improve upon the most.
With this 24-week training plan, you'll be able to successfully complete your first half distance triathlon (1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike, and 13.1-mile run).
This plan provides you a day-by-day training provided ensures a smooth and steady progression of volume and intensity, guiding you through each step of your transformation.
This plan begins with just over 3 hours in the first week so if you have plenty of weeks to slowly increase your training volume to be ready for your race. This long term, 24 week build, is built specifically for beginners.
