This beginner-friendly, power-based training plan gives you structure, clarity, and confidence from Day 1 to race day. Built for athletes of faith and courage chasing big goals.

Training Benefits

You’ll develop endurance, strength, mobility, and confidence. Workouts are structured and Zwift/Garmin compatible. Fuelling, hydration, and strength notes are included — so nothing is left to chance. Weekly devotional notes connect your training to your purpose.

Includes Base, Build, Peak and Taper phases. Swimming (open water or pool), structured cycling, running (easy, long, intervals), plus mobility and strength. Sessions are power- and RPE-based for maximum accessibility. Sundays are devotional long run days.
