Plan Description

The "Couch to 70.3" plan is largely geared towards athletes new to triathlon or new to the 70.3 distance. With a slow, progressive build, it helps athletes get acquainted with each of the three phases of triathlon in a measured manner. After a 6-week progressive base phase, more structured workouts are utilized to build fitness.
