Plan Description
Are you looking for a structured plan to keep you fit in the off-season or pre-season and keep you ready for your race goals, but without the intensity and long training commitment of a race plan? This is the plan for you!

A 20 week base training plan to keep you ready to train for a 1/2 distance triathlon.Plan features-
This is a 20 week base training plan for a 1/2 distance race.
Avg of ~8.75hrs per week. Max of 12.5hrs per week. Longest workout ~3hrs.
All run and bike workouts can be fully integrated into smart watches and bike computers with and to smart trainers using online training platforms (such as TrainerRoad, Zwift etc.) which are able to integrate TrainingPeaks workouts. Swim workouts are also designed for easy interface to smart goggles (i.e. FORM goggles)

This plan is best suited for athletes with good experience with endurance sport training. I would not recommend this plan for a beginner.
