The Half Distance Triathlon San Salvador is a breathtaking yet challenging race—starting with a one-lap 1.9 km swim in the calm, volcanic waters of Lake Ilopango, continuing with a 90 km ride along the iconic Pan-American Highway, and finishing with a hilly 21 km run through the heart of San Salvador. This 44-week triathlon training plan is designed to prepare you for every stroke, pedal, and stride of that journey.
