This 36-week Half Distance Triathlon training plan prepares you for every element of this course, ensuring you arrive on race day fit, confident, and ready.
Built for senior triathletes aged 60+, the program blends endurance development, strength maintenance, and course-specific preparation—while prioritizing recovery and injury prevention.
