On the bike, progressive strength and endurance workouts replicate the two-loop, 90 km rolling terrain, combining steady climbs with sustained power intervals to prepare you for the smooth yet challenging highway. For the run, focused hill training and brick sessions ensure you’re ready for the 21 km urban course, blending elevation changes with high-energy pacing to finish strong.

This Half Distance Triathlon training plan uses a proven 3:1 structure — three weeks of focused build followed by one week of active recovery — to drive consistent performance gains while keeping you fresh.
