The 36-week Half Distance Triathlon Puerto Varas Chile training plan is expertly designed for senior triathletes aged 60+, helping you prepare for the scenic yet challenging Half Distance Triathlon in Puerto Varas. With calm waters in Lake Llanquihue, a rolling 90KM bike course along lakeside roads and gentle climbs, and a mostly flat 21KM run along the city and lakefront, this plan ensures you are ready for every aspect of race day.

✅ Structured Endurance for Swim, Bike, and Run – Build aerobic durability for the one-loop 1.9KM swim in pristine lake water, maintain pace on the 90KM bike with total elevation of 788 meters, and sustain energy through three loops of the 21KM run along Puerto Varas’ Costanera.
