Every swim, bike, and run session builds your endurance, strength, and confidence so you arrive on race day prepared and proud.

🏊 Swim with Confidence: Gentle, guided swim workouts and instructional video drills teach technique, efficiency, and pacing for the calm 1.2-mile Lake Cunningham swim. Master your strokes and feel ready for a smooth first transition.

🚴 Bike with Strength: From rolling hills to scenic farmlands and Omaha streets, structured bike sessions grow your endurance and power. Gradually progress to V02 interval and threshold training, giving you the stamina to tackle climbs and maintain speed across the 56-mile course.

🏃 Run with Endurance: Build stamina with structured runs along paved trails and the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge. Gradually increase distance and intensity to confidently complete the 13.1-mile course with strong pacing and mental toughness.
