🎯 Start Strong, Finish Unstoppable: No prior base mileage is required. The 44-week plan begins with a focused 12-week base phase that builds aerobic fitness, swim technique, and running efficiency, setting you up for success in your Half Distance Triathlon.

From steady climbs and fast descents on the bike to open water swim preparation and riverfront running, each session aligns with the unique course profile.
