🌊 Swim (1.9 km) – Calm, warm waters at Jurerê Internacional beach call for smooth technique and efficient pacing. The plan’s swim drills and video-guided sessions focus on body position, sighting skills, and open-water confidence—perfect for shaving minutes off your swim time.

🚴 Bike (90 km) – With a largely flat, two-loop course along the scenic coastline, speed and endurance are key. Structured bike sessions, heart rate/RPE-based training, and progressive long rides prepare you to maintain power in steady crosswinds while staying aero and efficient for the entire distance.
