The Middle Distance Triathlon Florianópolis Brazil offers a spectacular and fast course, perfect for athletes aiming to elevate their performance. Starting with a 1.9 km mass start swim at Jurerê Internacional beach, calm and warm waters set the stage for a strong swim leg. Our 24-week Middle Distance Triathlon Training Plan prepares you to handle these conditions with confidence.

🏊‍♂️ ✅ Swim Mastery: Focused open water drills and instructional videos ensure efficient strokes and smooth navigation in race conditions.

The 90 km two-loop bike course winds along Florianópolis’ scenic coastline, introducing occasional coastal winds and bustling tourist areas.

🚴‍♂️ ✅ Bike Endurance & Speed: Structured interval sessions using Heart Rate & Power data build your stamina while teaching strategic pacing to tackle flat and windy sections. Progressive mileage prepares you to maintain speed over multiple loops without fatigue.

The race finishes with a 21.1 km three-loop run, predominantly flat but fueled by a lively, energetic atmosphere at the finish line.
