✅ Course-Specific Swim Preparation – Develop the strength and technique needed for Tong’an Bay’s 1.9km counter-clockwise swim. Includes open-water skills, pacing strategies, and endurance sets that prepare you for a calm yet tidal environment.

✅ Optimized Bike Workouts for Flat Terrain – Leverage structured power and heart rate training to sustain high speeds over Xiamen’s gentle, gradient-free coastal track. Includes sustained tempo rides, race-pace intervals, and progressive brick sessions.

✅ Fast & Efficient Run Training – Master pacing and fatigue management for the flat 21.1km run course. Includes interval work, threshold sessions, and race-pace simulations to maximize efficiency and reduce late-stage slowdowns.

✅ Periodized for Peak Race Performance – 12 weeks of base building for aerobic capacity, followed by 24 weeks of race-specific training. A proven 3:1 load-to-recovery cycle ensures steady progression without overtraining.
