The swim covers 1.9 km in the crystal-clear waters just off Forte Village Resort beach, requiring strong endurance and efficient technique. Our Middle Distance Triathlon training plan builds your swim base and refines your stroke to handle this open-water challenge confidently.

Next comes the 90 km bike course—a single-lap route on fully closed, newly renovated roads winding through Pula, Domus De Maria, Teulada, and Sant'Anna Arresi. This technical ride includes a thrilling 7 km descent along one of the world’s most scenic coastal roads. Our program progressively enhances your cycling power, handling, and climbing skills to ensure you navigate this course’s complexities and breathtaking views with strength and ease.

Finally, the 21 km run features two laps along Santa Margherita di Pula beach, passing the ancient Cala d’Ostia tower and the historic city center, finishing inside the iconic Forte Village Resort. Our run training focuses on building stamina and speed, preparing you to maintain a strong pace despite accumulated fatigue.
