Tailored for Masters athletes 40 and older, this program aligns perfectly with the course’s unique challenges, preparing you to excel in every discipline.

🌊 Swim Preparation: The 1.9 km swim takes place in crystal-clear waters, requiring efficient stroke technique and open-water confidence. This training plan’s integrated swim sessions—with video support and open-water practice—enhance your swimming efficiency and build endurance, ensuring you can navigate the coastal swim comfortably and with speed.

🚴‍♂️ Bike Readiness: The 90 km bike leg covers fully closed, newly resurfaced roads through Pula, Domus De Maria, and Teulada, featuring technical sections and a significant 7 km descent along breathtaking coastal scenery. The plan’s power- and heart rate-based workouts, combined with brick sessions and VO2 max intervals, develop your strength, power, and technical bike handling skills.
