The Middle Distance Triathlon Forte Village Sardinia Italy offers crystal-clear open-water swimming, a stunning yet demanding coastal ride, and a picturesque run along historic and sandy shores. This 24-week triathlon training plan is engineered to help you perform at your peak when you take on this unforgettable event.

✅ Swim-Ready Confidence – Master open-water skills for the 1.9 km swim in the turquoise waters off Forte Village Resort. Drills and interval sets improve breathing efficiency, sighting, and stroke power so you’re ready for a fast, controlled start.

✅ Bike-Handling Mastery – The 90 km single-lap ride features technical turns, rolling terrain, and a thrilling 7 km descent on one of the world’s most scenic coastal roads. Power-based intervals, hill repeats, and bike-handling drills ensure you’re prepared for both speed and control on newly paved roads.

✅ Run Endurance & Strength – The 21 km run takes you along Santa Margherita di Pula beach to the Cala d’Ostia tower, blending flat stretches with subtle terrain changes. Our structured run workouts—tempo sessions, brick runs, and pace control drills—equip you to hold form and pace deep into the race.

✅ Science-Backed Structure – Built around heart rate and power zones, the plan follows a 3:1 training cycle (three weeks build, one week recovery) to maximize adaptation and reduce injury risk.
