Step onto the start line at Mar Bella Beach with confidence. This 44-week Middle Distance Triathlon training plan is purpose-built to prepare you for Barcelona’s flat, fast, and scenic course—so you can race strong from the first stroke to the final stride.

🏊 Swim 1.9 km – The calm Mediterranean waters and potential non-wetsuit conditions demand efficiency and confidence. Our swim sessions emphasize technique, open-water skills, and pacing control, ensuring you’re ready for a smooth, powerful one-lap swim start.

🚴 Bike 88 km – Barcelona’s bike course combines flat, fast highway stretches with a short climb in Cabrera de Mar. Structured bike workouts develop sustainable power, improve climbing ability, and sharpen your pacing for consistent speed across both laps. Sea views are inspiring—your legs will be ready to enjoy them.

🏃 Run 21.1 km – The three-lap seaside promenade run rewards those with strong endurance and mental focus. RPE- and heart rate-based run sessions prepare you to hold pace while soaking up the electric crowd support along Bogatell, Nova Icària, and Barceloneta.
