Race day in Peguera Mallorca is unforgettable—swimming in the turquoise waters of Torà Beach, cycling through charming villages and the Serra de la Tramuntana foothills, and running along the bustling boulevard and boardwalk. This Middle Distance Triathlon training plan is specifically designed for athletes aged 60+ to prepare for these unique course challenges with confidence, strength, and efficiency.

From the first session, you’ll work on the skills and conditioning that mirror race-day conditions: open-water swim strength for the two-lap ocean start, climbing power and descending control for the 500m-per-lap bike elevation, and steady pacing for the four-lap mixed-terrain run.
