Every session is structured to build the endurance, strength, and precision required for success across all three disciplines.

🏊 Swim Preparation for Torà Beach
Two-lap open-water sessions in the plan mirror the race’s exit-and-reenter format, improving comfort with short beach runs between laps. Drills emphasize sighting, efficient breathing, and adaptable pacing—perfect for the warm, wetsuit-optional Mediterranean waters.

🚴 Bike Power for Mallorca’s Climbs & Descents
Progressive hill repeats and power-based intervals simulate the 500m per lap elevation gain and technical descents. Training blends sustained climbing strength with high-speed handling skills, preparing you for coastal winds, tight turns, and speeds of 70 kph.

🏃 Run Strength for Peguera’s Varied Terrain
Four-lap brick sessions replicate the boulevard and maritime boardwalk layout, developing agility and pace control across asphalt, tiled, and pedestrian surfaces—keeping you strong and consistent in front of cheering crowds.
