Race day in Peguera Mallorca means warm Mediterranean waters, technical bike climbs, and a lively coastal run—this plan ensures you’re ready for every challenge the course presents. The crystal-clear two-lap swim at Torà Beach calls for open-water confidence, precise sighting, and the ability to accelerate during beach exits—skills built through our targeted swim drills and open-water practice sessions.

The bike leg’s 90 km technical two-lap course, featuring approximately 500m of climbing per lap through Es Capdellà, Calvià, and coastal resorts like Santa Ponça, demands both sustained climbing power and confident descending. Our structured power-based bike workouts and hill simulations build the strength, cadence control, and handling skills to excel on these varied terrains—while interval work sharpens your ability to surge on climbs and recover efficiently.

The four-lap 21.1 km run along Peguera’s bustling boulevard and maritime boardwalk rewards athletes who can hold pace on mixed surfaces. Our progressive run sessions improve efficiency on asphalt, concrete, and tiled paths, while brick workouts ensure you transition off the bike with speed and control.
