swim in a calm saltwater marine lake, a fast and mostly flat 90 km bike course weaving through pine forests and charming Landes villages, and a spirited 21 km run of four laps around the lake, finished in the heart of the vibrant village. This unique course calls for a training plan that builds your confidence, endurance, and strength step by step — exactly what the 44-week Middle Distance Triathlon Vieux Boucau France Training Plan delivers.
