Prepare to race with confidence on the fast, scenic, and spectator-friendly course of the Middle Distance Triathlon Vieux Boucau France. This 36-week program is built for competitive Masters athletes over 40 who want to excel across the sheltered marine lake swim, the flat-and-fast pine forest bike loop, and the lakeside run with roaring crowd support.

✅ Phase 1 – Base (12 Weeks): Build aerobic endurance and core strength to handle the smooth 1.9 km saltwater swim and maintain consistent output on the steady bike terrain.
✅ Phase 2 – Build & Peak (24 Weeks): Develop power for sustained speed on flat roads, sharpen pacing for the 4-lap run circuit, and practice efficient transitions for a seamless race-day flow.
