The Middle Distance Triathlon Almere-Amsterdam is flat, fast, and unforgiving if you’re not ready for the wind, the aero position, and the non-stop pacing. This 24-week Triathlon Training Plan is built specifically for Masters athletes over 40 who want more than “just finish.” You’ll train with focus, protect your body, and arrive on race day fully prepared to perform.
