The Middle Distance Triathlon Montréal offers a race-day experience unlike any other—fast, flat, and packed with history. This 36-week training plan is purpose-built for competitive Masters athletes over 40 who want to arrive at the Olympic Basin start line fit, fast, and fully prepared for the unique demands of this course.

From the calm, PB-friendly 1.9 km swim in the iconic Olympic rowing venue, to the precision pacing needed for 21 laps on the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve F1 track, and the rhythm-driven 4½-lap half-marathon run on Olympic grounds, every session in this plan mirrors the challenges and opportunities of race day.
