This plan matches the unique demands of the course — from the warm 1.9 km ocean swim right off the beach, to the flat, fast 90 km bike course along coastal streets and peaceful mangroves, finishing strong with a four-loop 21.1 km run through Forest City’s stunning modern skyline and tropical beachfront.

You’ll start with a 12-week foundation phase that builds your confidence in the water with easy-to-follow swim drills and technique videos, helping you feel calm and powerful in the warm sea where wetsuits aren’t needed. The bike workouts focus on developing speed and endurance on smooth, traffic-free roads, perfectly mirroring the race’s fast two-loop course. Running workouts build gradually to get you comfortable and strong for the multi-loop half marathon, surrounded by cheering friends and family.
