This Intermediate 24-Week Middle Distance Triathlon Training Plan is designed for experienced triathletes who’ve mastered the Olympic distance and are aiming for Age Group success in a challenging 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, and 21.1 km run.

🌊 Course-Specific Swim Preparation
With warm, wetsuit-free waters averaging 28 °C (82 °F), our swim sessions build efficiency and comfort in high-temperature, saltwater environments. You’ll practice open-water skills and two-lap pacing strategies to thrive off the main beach mass start.

🚴 Bike Training for Speed & Control
The flat, smooth, two-loop bike course demands sustained power output. Our heart rate and power-based intervals sharpen your ability to hold high speeds on uninterrupted stretches, while technical drills prepare you for swift, controlled cornering through mangrove-lined roads and coastal winds.

🏃 Run-Endurance in Hot Conditions
The four-loop half marathon through Forest City’s futuristic streets calls for heat adaptation, pacing precision, and mental focus. Our progressive long runs and brick workouts ensure you can maintain form and pace while soaking in the electric beachfront atmosphere.
