This structured six-month program is designed to prepare you for the 1.9 km single-lap swim in crystal-clear mountain water at the Silk Road Samarkand Rowing Center, the 88 km rolling bike course that blends centuries-old landmarks like the Registan Ensemble with sweeping countryside views, and the 21.5 km four-lap run through the vibrant heart of the Silk Road Samarkand tourist complex.

✅ Built for Beginners – Perfect for athletes new to the Middle Distance Triathlon. Arrive at race day confident, strong, and ready to take on Samarkand’s stunning but challenging terrain. A 4–6 week aerobic base beforehand ensures you can start strong.

✅ Swim Readiness – Technique-focused swim drills and progressive open-water practice prepare you for the calm yet exhilarating single-lap 1.9 km swim, building efficiency and confidence from the pier to the final buoy.
