The Middle Distance Triathlon in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, demands precision, endurance, and adaptability. With a 1.9 km swim in pure mountain water, an 88 km rolling bike course past historic Silk Road landmarks, and a 21.5 km run entirely within the modern Silk Road Samarkand complex, this race offers a unique blend of technical skill and sustained power. Our 24-week triathlon training plan is purpose-built to prepare you for every challenge this course presents.

✅ Race-Specific Swim Prep – Master open-water techniques, sighting drills, and sustained threshold sets so you can start strong in the calm yet deceptively challenging waters of Samarkand’s rowing center.
