Build open-water endurance for the 1.2-mile swim with focused sets, open-water simulations, and stroke refinement for shoulder-friendly efficiency. Cooler March temps and wetsuit conditions are built into your plan.

✅ Bike with Power and Control
Ride 56 miles on smooth, rolling Texas roads with strength and confidence. Your plan includes aerobic intervals, tempo rides, and threshold efforts to improve muscular endurance without overloading aging joints.

✅ Run Smart on the 3-Loop Course
Train for the 13.1-mile run with long runs, brick sessions, and terrain-specific workouts. Gravel trails and loops require focus and pacing—your plan prepares you mentally and physically for the challenge.
