🚴 Bike: 90 km on Closed Scenic Highway
The flat-to-rolling four-lap course along the St. Lawrence River—featuring views of Île d'Orléans and Montmorency Falls—demands steady-state endurance and smooth pacing. You’ll train with RPE/heart-rate based bike sessions, tempo rides, and progressive long rides that build the stamina and mental focus to handle course repetition and elevation gain (328m).

The final 21.1 km run takes you through Old Québec’s UNESCO heritage streets, along the quays, and the scenic Rivière Saint-Charles. This flat, fast course is perfect for strong runners.
