🏊 Swim: Bassin Louise Advantage
With calm waters surrounded by Old Québec's historic charm, this 1.9 km swim favors athletes who’ve developed efficient technique and open water confidence. Our plan includes video-guided swim drills, form-focused workouts, and gradual open water prep, helping you navigate the swim leg with ease and control.

🚴 Bike: 90 km on Closed Scenic Highway
The flat-to-rolling four-lap course along the St. Lawrence River—featuring views of Île d'Orléans and Montmorency Falls—demands steady-state endurance and smooth pacing. You’ll train with RPE/heart-rate based bike sessions, tempo rides, and progressive long rides that build the stamina and mental focus to handle course repetition and elevation gain (328m).

🏃 Run: Historic Flat Route to Château Frontenac
The final 21.1 km run takes you through Old Québec’s UNESCO heritage streets, along the quays, and the scenic Rivière Saint-Charles. This flat, fast course is perfect for strong runners. Our plan builds run durability through gradual long runs, brick workouts, and pacing strategy sessions so you finish strong at the Agora, overlooking the majestic Château Frontenac.
