The one-lap swim in the pristine waters of Lake Walchsee demands confidence in open-water conditions. Our plan builds swim efficiency from the ground up with instructional video drills that enhance stroke technique and comfort in the water. You’ll be ready to navigate the clockwise triangle course with calm control.
🚴 Bike Workouts Designed for 1,100–1,200 Meters of Elevation
The Kaiserwinkl bike course is both scenic and technical, featuring twisty climbs and rolling terrain. Our plan includes structured RPE- and heart rate-based sessions, hill repeats, and endurance rides to develop the power and handling skills needed to master the two-lap, 90 km course.
