Prepare to excel at one of the most scenic and challenging Middle Distance Triathlons in Europe — the Kaiserwinkl Walchsee Triathlon. This 36-week advanced training plan is engineered to meet the unique demands of this breathtaking course, giving you the tools, structure, and support to race with confidence.
🏊♂️ Swim (1.9 km) – Lake Walchsee's crystal-clear waters demand swim efficiency and open-water confidence. Our plan includes focused swim technique workouts, sustained aerobic sets, and open-water simulation drills to ensure you stay streamlined and strong on race day.
🚴♀️ Bike (90 km) – With 1,100–1,200 meters of climbing, technical descents, and narrow roads, the Kaiserwinkl bike course is no ordinary ride. You'll build the strength and stamina needed with:
✅ Climbing acceleration intervals
✅ Anaerobic power and sprint workouts
✅ Extended aerobic rides with elevation simulation
🏃♂️ Run (21.1 km) – The four-lap run course around the lake is scenic but includes hills and undulations. You'll be prepared with:
