✅ Swim-Ready for St. Pölten's Two-Lake Format
You’ll be fully prepared for the distinctive split-swim across Viehofner and Ratzersdorfer See. Structured pool and open-water sessions enhance your endurance, pacing, and sighting skills—ensuring you’re race-ready for both legs of the swim and the quick land crossing in between.

✅ Climb Strong & Descend Fast on the Bike
The 90 KM bike course includes smooth tarmac, a motorway section, and 1,000 meters of elevation gain. Our plan integrates specific workouts to build aerobic endurance, threshold climbing strength, and anaerobic power, so you can handle sustained efforts on the climbs and maximize your speed on descents and flats.

✅ Crush the Fast, Flat Run Course
Two loops along the Traisen River call for pacing precision and muscular endurance. The program’s run-specific blocks combine tempo runs, brick sessions, and interval training to help you finish strong on race day—right into the roaring crowd and onto the red carpet finish.
